rooftop pool early breakfast helpful staff
The location was superb for exploring. the rooftop pool became my go-to spot because of amazing views. i requested an early breakfast due to a flight. The staff arranged everything smoothly. also, the team displayed kindness by helping with an item i left behind.
I found the street-facing room quite loud. Light sleepers should consider courtyard rooms.

great choice excellent location
the superior room was a great size and clean. breakfast offered a large choice with eggs cooked to order. the rooftop bar and pool area provided lovely views of the bay and cathedral. i enjoyed the hotel's excellent location near shops and tourist areas.
The lobby felt small and crowded. It was often too hot for my liking.

crowded pool breakfast monotony
The rooftop pool was smaller than I anticipated. It also seemed quite popular. Finding an available lounger seemed like a competitive sport. The lack of variety in the breakfast buffet became noticeable after a few mornings. It had mostly the same options daily, so I missed some changes.

Really good City Stay!

The central location was super convenient. It made exploring the city easy. The rooms feature modern decor and create a fresh atmosphere. The rooftop pool offered amazing views, I enjoyed relaxing there. The breakfast buffet had many choices, it was delicious and satisfying.
I noticed that the lobby could get a bit crowded at times, it was manageable though.

The staff was very friendly. They provided really good service. They were always smiling and ready to assist with any request I had. The team offered recommendations and arranged a dinner reservation for me.
